Damaged or Defective Items

EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

All exchanges receive 100% credit (minus any applicable shipping and insurance cost) towards a future purchase unless the product is a special order or custom order item. Exchanges must be requested within three weeks after receipt.

If items are not our "In-Store" products or items are specified "Special Orders Only". These items are non exchangeable or refundable.

All Products exchanged must be in original unworn condition and must be in the original manufacturing package (this includes an untampered manufacturer's warranty card, instructions, and diamond certificates). Any product that have been sized are non-refundable. Any scratches, damage, or other wear marks voids your ability to exchange. We are very strict about this.
