Exchange receive 100% credit (minus any applicable shipping and insurance cost) towards a future purchase unless the product is a special order or custom order item. Exchange must be requested within three weeks after receipt.
If items are not our "In-Store" products or items are specified "Special Orders Only". These items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Refunds, straight returns and order cancellation will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions. Credit card fees will not be refunded. No refunds after three weeks of purchase.
All Products return or exchange must be in original unworn condition and must be in the original manufacturing package. (including manufacturer's warranty card, instructions, and diamond certificates.) Any product that have been sized are non-refundable. Any scratches, damage, or other wear marks voids your ability to return. We are very strict about this.
All watches, accessories and designer jewelry are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. Once a product is worn, it is no longer returnable and all claims are subject to the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.
A return authorization from Carat N Karat is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return Authorization must be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery and must include a Return Authorization Number. Any return without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Refund will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your returned item. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by one of our Certified Gemologists or Watch Maker to confirm that the original item has been returned and that it is in original manufacturer condition. Worn or damaged items or those that have been engraved, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Furthermore, return packages which do not display a Carat N Karat RA# (Return Authorization Number), or improperly packaged, or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
In order to return an item to Carat N Karat, please do the following:
1. Contact Carat N Karat of your intent to return your item by calling 718-888-1178. You will then be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.
2. Ship your item for return including the original jewelry or watch box and all paper work (including Manufacturer's warranty card, diamond certificates. There is a $250 replacement fee for lost or damaged diamond certificates and Manufacturer's warranty card and/or paper work).
3. Please insure the package for the full selling price (minus taxes and shipping carges). Check before hand if your selected mail carrier allow you to insure your shipment for the full value. If you do not insure the item for the full selling price, Carat N Karat will not accept the shipment.
