WARRANTY POLICY

Carat & Co. is a full service authorized dealer. All of our watches are brand new and come with a serial number and a manufacturer's international warranty. To see the full list of brands and their warranty coverage, please refer to our Warranty Coverage Chart.

Charges and payments for watch repairs or services are for the work performed and non-refundable. All service or repair work is warranted for one year of the date of service. In some instances Carat & Co. reserves the right to offer or refuse the service at our discretion.
